This professionally certified 10-month training programme is designed to help you grow into a confident and intuitive Equine Facilitator. Over the course of this transformational journey, you will develop the skills to guide others, create your own horse reading and healing practice, and work in true partnership with the extraordinary wisdom of horses.

This is far more than a certification. It is a meaningful journey of learning, self-discovery, and connection.

What You Will Learn

The programme brings together practical, spiritual, and energetic teachings, including:

• Foundations & Philosophy: an introduction to the spiritual approach to horsemanship and Noreen’s method of working with consciousness, energy, and vibration
• Equine Communication & Emotional Intelligence: understanding horse and human body language, how horses respond to our energy, intentions, and emotions, and developing intuitive observation and listening
• Healing & Self-Discovery: exploring spiritual, emotional, mental, and physical alignment, identifying emotional or trauma-based blocks, and building confidence and self-expression beside your horse
• Energy & Chakra Work: learning about the chakra system in horses, energy attunements, alignment, presence, chi energy, and subtle energetic communication
• Working with Horse Personalities: recognising different horse natures, including fear, anger, patience, and assertiveness, and responding with compassion, firmness, leadership, and love
• Human & Equine Coping Mechanisms: exploring true self versus false self, outdated childhood tools, and equine responses such as flight, fight, freeze, and herd dynamics
• Creating Sacred Space: aligning boundaries, habits, and relationships through intention, energy, environment, Feng Shui principles, and meditation and mindfulness practices in nature
• Groundwork & Practice: monthly practical groundwork exercises focused on trust, respect, connection, and understanding why a horse may say “no”
• Certification: receive certification and programme material at the end of the 10-month journey

Why Horses?

Horses are deeply intuitive beings. They mirror our inner world with honesty and precision, reflecting our thoughts, emotions, intentions, and energy. They do not judge us; they respond to what we bring into their space.

Through this powerful reflection, horses can help us step into authentic leadership, clarify our purpose, strengthen our ability to hold space for others, and recognise our true gifts.

When we learn the subtle language of horses, we open the door to deeper connection—not only with them, but also with ourselves and the people we serve.

A Personal Journey of Healing & Purpose

For more than a decade, I have walked this path with my herd. Five of those years were spent quietly sitting in the field, doing profound inner work. In more recent years, I have had the joy of guiding others in connecting with the language of the horses and the land.

Horses have given me wisdom, comfort, challenge, and love, especially during the darker moments of life. Their guidance taught me how to find joy within pain and how to nurture love through loneliness. Today, I am exactly where I am meant to be, sharing the gifts these remarkable beings have offered me.

Unlike traditional equine programmes that focus only on riding, this training centres on energetic partnership, emotional healing, and spiritual alignment. It offers a holistic path for those called to work deeply with horses as co-facilitators in healing.

You will be invited not only to learn, but to embody presence, intuition, and heart-centred leadership. Together, you and your horse will develop greater understanding, trust, and connection.
