This all-levels yoga retreat offers the chance to practice in an immersive setting, deepen your understanding of postures, and reconnect with yourself through meditation and pranayama. It is a space to step away from daily routines, breathe more fully, and enjoy a nourishing rhythm of practice, reflection, and rest.
You may also join the retreat on Friday evening.

This room, located on the 3rd floor of our hotel, is a magnificent room overlooking our garden. It has a double bed, Italian-style shower, separate toilet and lounge area. It also has a magnificent private balcony overlooking our swimming pool. Included in the price: breakfast buffet, evening meal (5-course menu, 100% vegetarian and organic). Not included: tourist tax CHF 2.50 per adult. Price per day for two people.
For families and groups of friends, we have rooms for 3-4 people. Included in the booking: breakfast buffet, evening meal (5-course menu, 100% vegetarian and organic). Rooms with terrace available. Wi-fi in the library and cafeteria.
