Spring Wellness Reboot — Little Farm of Calm

Enjoy a refreshing Friday-to-Sunday spring wellness retreat at Little Farm of Calm in Benalla, Victoria, designed for guests seeking movement, recovery, and time to reset in a peaceful countryside setting. Your stay includes private cabin accommodation and all meals, with a thoughtfully curated program led by AHPRA-registered physiotherapist Jill Mentiplay.

Across the weekend, you’ll take part in physio-led aerial yoga and reformer pilates, a myofascial release workshop, and a self-defence workshop, alongside restorative experiences such as float therapy with magnesium salt hydrotherapy, medical-grade red light therapy, infrared sauna sessions, a heated mineral spa, cold plunge, and massage chairs. There is also a guided bike tour of Lake Benalla, plus relaxed social moments around the firepit with mulled wine and a mini-goat happy hour.

This all-inclusive retreat is created to support both energising movement and deep restoration, with no hidden costs.
