Description

A ten-day journey through Bhutan invites you into a world of sacred monasteries, mountain trails, and quiet moments of reflection. Blending yoga, meditation, and trekking, this retreat offers a meaningful way to experience the Himalayas while staying connected to nature, culture, and inner stillness.

Across ancient paths, you will move through forests, meadows, high passes, and remote valleys, guided by local experts who know the land and its traditions. Each day begins with a yoga or meditation session, helping you arrive fully in the present before setting out on the trail. Along the way, you’ll visit monasteries, villages, and viewpoints that reveal Bhutan’s spiritual heritage and natural beauty.
