You will regularly practice dhyana, pranayama, mudras, and kriyas.
You will learn how to teach yoga in a small group setting.

In addition, you will study the muscular and skeletal systems and understand how they may influence both your practice and your teaching.

Yin Yoga

Mantra Chanting

The training begins on the 3rd of every month with a welcome ceremony and ends on the 29th with a graduation ceremony. Dehradun Airport pickup is included, and full travel details are shared after booking. Support with travel arrangements will be provided whenever possible.
