Sound Healing with Heidi with Studio

Allow yourself to unwind as you are guided through a soothing sound journey featuring flute, singing bowls, and chimes. The flute is tuned to 432Hz, a frequency often associated with the energy of Mother Earth, and played in the key of A to support the opening of the Third Eye Chakra. Singing bowls and chimes are woven into the experience to gently lead you into deep meditation and a state of inner stillness.

This calming session is designed to help you release tension, let worries drift away, and feel the vibrations move through your body. As the soundscape unfolds, it may support the clearing of old energy and invite a greater sense of freedom, presence, and flow.

Held on the first Friday of every month.
