Step into an immersive journey where sound, meditation, and mindful practice come together in Mysore. This training by YogaKulam Academy blends ancient healing traditions with contemporary sound therapy methods, inviting you to develop inner calm, emotional steadiness, and energetic balance.
The approach is experiential from the start. Rather than focusing on theory alone, the course combines guided study, hands-on practice, and direct application so you can learn to use sound as a meaningful tool for healing and self-discovery.
This holistic program introduces the science and practice of sound therapy through guided meditation, sound instruments, and mindful breathing. You will explore how vibration affects the mind, body, and subtle energy systems.
