Sound Healing

Vibration is at the heart of all things, and when we begin to tune into that truth, a new level of awareness can emerge. Sound Healing offers an opportunity to slow down, soften, and enter a state of deep listening and relaxation. Guided by Giulia, co-founder of Sattva Land and a certified sound healing practitioner with 100 hours of training, this session invites you into a rich sonic journey.

Using a variety of instruments, Giulia creates an immersive atmosphere designed to support release and inner stillness. As the sounds unfold, you are encouraged to let go of tension, rest fully, and receive the experience with openness. This is a gentle yet powerful practice for anyone seeking a moment of calm, presence, and restoration.
