About the Yoga

Two classes are offered each day, except on travel days. All levels are welcome, with the exception of complete beginners, and modifications are available for guests with injuries.

Finca Indigo offers three spaces for yoga and meditation practice: an outdoor platform with stunning views over the bay, an indoor studio with a sliding glass roof, air conditioning and underfloor heating, and an outdoor garden known as “El Abrazo” — “the hug” — for quiet meditation or group reflections.
