Soul Midsummer

Welcome to our annual favorite retreat, where yoga, deep meditation, and playful movement are woven together with the spirit of the Swedish midsummer celebration. Over these days, you’ll experience a beautiful balance of activity and mindfulness, surrounded by golden sunlight and the beauty of nature. Together, we take part in time-honored traditions, breathe in the scent of freshly cut grass, and fill the day with joyful moments shared in good company.

The program is designed to both nourish and recharge your energy, with an emphasis on connection, playfulness, and a sense of inner peace. This is an invitation to show up fully for an unforgettable experience where wellness, heart, and nature meet. Celebrate life with joy, presence, and harmony.
