• Restorative Yoga – 1 Hour
• Guided Healing Meditation – 30 Minutes
• Organic Fresh Juice with Superfoods & Herbal Tea
• Nature Excursion: Ocean, Waterfall, Hike or Sacred Location – 2 Hours
• Organic Lunch
• Life Guidance Reading – 1 Hour
• Transforming Coaching – 1 Hour, on Wellness, Health, & Life Purpose
• Tao Healing Session – 1 Hour
• Teachings on Hawaii Culture

Full-Day Retreat, $1000

Hours are between 9 am – 4 pm, 7 Hours

Half Day Retreat Includes:

• Tao Healing Session or Transformation Coaching Session, 1 Hour
• Life Guidance Reading Session, 1 Hour
