Your package now includes personalized support to help frame your experience before and after the retreat:
- One 50-minute 1:1 preparation session
- One 50-minute 1:1 integration session
This is in addition to everything included in our 2025 programs.
Once your intake has been confirmed, we will email you instructions for booking your 1:1 sessions.
All prices are listed in USD. Pricing is per person, except for the Private Double Suite, which is priced for 2 guests.
This program is limited to 18 spaces. Additional guests cannot be added. If needed, please choose a different program or alternate dates.
All accommodations include meals, ceremonies, yoga and meditation classes, workshops, taxes, fees, amenities, and more, as outlined on our main retreat page.
Enhance Your Experience
Included with your retreat are one 50-minute 1:1 preparation session and one 50-minute 1:1 integration session with a member of our team.
If you would like to arrange additional sessions in advance, discounted options are available:
- One Additional Coaching Session
- Package of 3 Additional Sessions — 10% discount: $135 USD per session
- Package of 6 Additional Sessions — 16% discount: $125 USD per session
This add-on may be used for either a preparation or integration session.
To Register
Reserve your space by completing the registration form and submitting your deposit.
After your space is reserved, check your email for a link to complete your intake form.
Our intake support team will review your form and may confirm your registration, request additional details, schedule an intake call, or let you know if this retreat is not the right fit at this time. In that case, your deposit will be refunded.
If you are confirmed, you will receive a “Registration Confirmed” email with next steps and retreat preparation details.

Terms and Conditions
By registering, you agree to the terms and conditions, acknowledge that you will read and sign the safety waiver and release form upon arrival, and confirm that all information provided is accurate. You also accept full legal and personal responsibility for joining this retreat and hold Soltara Healing Center harmless from all legal liability.
Deposits are non-refundable, except in cases of known medical issues identified during intake screening that are considered unsafe to combine with ayahuasca ceremony. Deposits may be transferred to future retreats according to the linked terms.
Payments do not include the cost of plant medicines.
If you are registering other guests, they will receive an email to complete their own registration information. Their registration will not be complete until that information is received.
Support our Reciprocity Fund
Donations are completely optional and received with gratitude. All contributions support scholarship programs, the Reciprocity Fund, and eco-initiatives.
These donations are directed toward Indigenous reciprocity, Amazon and ayahuasca conservation, environmental protection, and scholarships for guests who are ready to work with us but do not have the financial means to do so.
These programs are already active, and any additional support is warmly welcomed and appreciated.
If you choose the deposit option, a $2,500 deposit per person is required electronically to secure your space.
The remaining balance is due electronically before your retreat, with the final $500 paid on arrival in USD cash. Crisp, like-new bills are preferred, as older notes are difficult to exchange. This helps support on-site operations and is greatly appreciated when possible.

Seated at the highest point on our property, this premium suite looks out over the forest canopy with breathtaking 270-degree views of the mountains, ocean, and tropical forest. With additional spaciousness compared to our regular private suites, relax in comfort with indoor and outdoor seating areas, plus room for yoga and meditation to support the integration of your healing. Wake to stunning sunrises over the ocean in the mornings, and watch the entire surrounding tropical forest turn a beautiful golden hue to greet the day. Private Single Glamping Tent
Welcome to your own sacred sanctuary—a private luxury canvas tent designed to hold you in comfort, stillness, and deep connection with the natural world. Poised on a ridge top above the sacred Diamante Valley, this tranquil space invites you to rest, reflect, and integrate, surrounded by the healing rhythms of the jungle. Inside, you'll find a plush King bed with a comfortable mattress, electrical outlets, dimmable lighting, a fan to keep you cool, and intentional furnishings including a clothes rack, table space, and a cozy chair for journaling or quiet contemplation. Step outside your tent and greet the day with expansive valley views and birdsong as your morning soundtrack. Bathrooms are shared and include hot showers. Regular room cleaning, laundry service upon request, along with fresh linens and towels, are included to ensure you feel held and nourished throughout your stay.
Private Double Glamping Tent
Share a memorable stay with a loved one in our private double occupancy glamping tent. This accommodation is for those who are traveling with a partner, family member, or friend and would like to room together. These spacious canvas sanctuaries are designed with intention to offer both comfort and privacy for two guests. Poised on a ridge top above the Diamante Valley, each tent is your personal portal to a restful connection with nature—wake up to the song of the jungle, fresh mountain breezes, and soul-stirring views of the sacred valley just beyond your doorstep. Inside, you'll find two plush Queen beds with modern mattresses to cradle your rest, electrical outlets, dimmable lights, cooling fans, ample table and chair space, and a clothes rack to keep things light and organized. Bathrooms are shared and include hot showers. Double Shared Suite (2 King Beds)
Our shared double suites offer spacious and beautiful accommodations for up to 2 guests of the same gender. Guests will be assigned a roommate of the same gender. If you are 2 people booking together, select the Private Double Suite lodging option to room togeher. This suite has a large balcony to relax in comfort against the stunning backdrop of three different islands and a sunrise over the Gulf of Nicoya, as well as: An en-suite bathroom with a spacious private shower overlooking the surrounding tropical forest.
