The retreat takes place in the Diamante Valley, Costa Rica, at the Holos Retreat Center — a private nature sanctuary on a ridge with rainforest, waterfalls, and expansive valley views. The grounds span over 200+ acres in lush jungle surroundings.

Retreat Experience

  • 7 nights / 8 days of immersive retreat in a nature‑rich setting.

  • Ceremonies guided by experienced Peruvian Shipibo healers, rooted in traditional plant medicine practice, supported by trained facilitators committed to safety, care, and responsible practices.
