Step away from the noise and into a setting designed to help you listen inward again. This Costa Rica yoga and meditation retreat in 2027 offers space to slow down, reconnect with your body, and return to the quiet clarity that everyday life often drowns out. It is an invitation to pause without needing to escape your life—only to meet it with more presence.
In a world shaped by constant input, endless notifications, and the pressure to keep up, inner wisdom can become difficult to hear. This retreat is created as a gentle reset: a chance to calm the nervous system, retrain attention, and rediscover the steadiness that already exists within you.
Held at the peaceful Blue Osa eco-resort on Costa Rica’s pristine Osa Peninsula, the experience unfolds along three miles of private jungle shoreline where the rainforest meets the Pacific. Here, the sound of waves replaces your schedule, scarlet macaws become part of your morning rhythm, and yoga and meditation in an open-air studio steps from the sand become a natural way to arrive fully in the present.
Rather than leaving with more information, you leave with more presence. Rather than adopting a new identity, you return to a clearer sense of who you already are. If you are ready to move out of survival mode and into spaciousness, this retreat offers that opening.
Kristin Eaton brings more than 30 years of experience and a deeply intuitive approach to her work. Guided by curiosity, compassion, and respect for the body’s innate wisdom, she has come to see sensitivity as a strength—one that helps her notice subtle emotional, physical, and energetic patterns and support others with clarity and care.
Her credentials include Registered Yoga Teacher, Certified Yoga Therapeutic Specialist, Meditation Teacher, Therapeutic Stretch Specialist, Certified Life and Wellness Coach, and Level II Reiki Practitioner. Through movement, breathwork, energy awareness, and reflective practice, she creates grounded, spacious experiences that help participants soften, regulate, and reconnect with themselves.
Her teaching is warm, honest, and deeply human. Rather than focusing on performance, she creates an environment rooted in presence and self-trust.
Angelica Colantuoni offers a calm, steady presence shaped by both personal experience and professional leadership. She works in corporate leadership and serves on the USA Boxing Board of Directors, where composure and clarity matter every day.
Her grounding was formed long before that, through immigrant experience, early loss, and personal challenge. As a former Chicago Golden Gloves champion and boxing coach, she learned that resilience is not about force, but about regulation.
Breathwork, meditation, and embodied awareness remain central to her own healing and daily practice. During the retreat, she shares reflective storytelling from sport, leadership, and growth, helping create a space where others feel seen, supported, and steady.
This retreat also includes training designed to support aspiring teachers in leading and marketing successful yoga retreats. You will explore demonstration, observation, assisting and correcting, instruction, different teaching styles, class sequencing for natural therapeutic arcs, effective teaching qualities, and the business foundations of a thriving yoga career.
Participants will identify their spiritual stance, develop strategies for removing internal barriers, build support networks, complete a physical and spiritual adventure challenge, and study the history, philosophy, ethics, and practical application of yoga in everyday life. The science and application of mantra are also included.
Training covers anatomy and physiology, muscle function, energetic anatomy, and the deeper effects of asana. You will learn how to sequence transformational yoga classes, design classes based on Ayurvedic principles, and understand both physical and energy systems, including chakras and nadis.
The program includes daily meditation practice, pranayamas, kriyas, chanting, mantra, deep relaxation, Yoga Nidra from both Himalayan and Western traditions, fire rituals, Kundalini Yoga techniques, and an exploration of the Koshas, chakras, Kriya Yoga, and Laya Yoga.

Perched on the top level, this penthouse suite offers sweeping panoramic views of the beaches and lush tropical gardens, creating a serene backdrop for a restful stay. Its elevated setting brings a sense of privacy and openness, while keeping you close to the heart of the property.
Just a few meters from the dining room, pool, yoga studio, spa, and beach, the room offers both convenience and a peaceful retreat atmosphere. Whether you are heading to an early yoga session, enjoying a quiet moment by the water, or returning from a spa treatment, everything is within easy reach.
