Silence Camp

Description
Silent camps help you to stop and notice what is happening inside. Without words, it is easier to hear your feelings, body sensations and thoughts. It is a way to be with yourself without roles and external noise. Silence in the camp is a conscious choice. It creates a space for self-examination, reflection and deeper presence with who you are.
Why do we need silence? How to be with it?
Silence is a space where you can finally hear yourself. Modern man lives a life overloaded with information, noise, expectations and challenges. Stopping is becoming a luxury. But only when you stop can you return to your inner compass. To feel what is really important to you. What is alive. What is real.
In the camp, silence is not a requirement - it is a conscious choice.
Participants commit to temporarily forgo verbal communication in order to observe their inner processes. Silence helps to unfold an authentic experience without social roles or the need to react. This state allows for a deeper recognition of one's emotions, thoughts and bodily sensations.
The camp is led by Gestalt therapist Inga Motuzaitė, so the whole process takes place in an emotionally safe space.
