This stage establishes the physical and mental foundation needed for deeper yogic study.
Once stability in the body has been established, the practice moves into breath awareness and energy regulation. Prana, the vital life force, becomes central to the experience.
Students learn how conscious breathing can influence the nervous system, emotional balance, and mental clarity. Techniques are introduced gradually and with care.
This stage supports resilience, steadiness, and greater emotional balance in daily life.
The final stage shifts attention toward meditation and mental refinement. The practice moves beyond outer form and into inner stillness.
Students develop concentration, awareness, and introspection, with the goal of greater clarity rather than withdrawal from everyday life.
This stage supports long-term inner clarity and emotional stability.
The program is progressive, so prior experience is helpful but not required.
