Introduction to the chef and the participants.
The first dish is a delicate Peruvian ceviche made with fresh coastal fish and a blend of local ingredients that give it its distinctive character.
In this step, you’ll enjoy Peru’s treasured spirit while learning about its fascinating history. To complete the session, you’ll prepare your own Pisco Sour and Chilcano de Pisco.
After the chef’s demonstration and guidance, all participants will prepare their own Lomo Saltado using wok sautéing techniques. The meal will then be enjoyed together, and recipes for the dishes made during the class will be provided.

The ARC is officially recognized as a research institution by Peru’s national science council, CONCYTEC, adding a unique scientific setting to this remote Amazon experience.

More than 75 km of trails extend through a remarkable range of ecosystems, including igapo, bajial, high and low restinga, and palm swamp.
