Step into a slower rhythm each Saturday at 10:30am at Stage Nature Center, where this experience offers a chance to reconnect with the natural world in a calm and restorative setting. Designed for those seeking a mindful pause from the pace of everyday life, it invites you to spend time outdoors with greater presence and awareness.

As you move through the surroundings, you can expect a peaceful atmosphere that encourages deep breathing, quiet observation, and a more grounded sense of wellbeing. This is an opportunity to leave distractions behind and simply notice the sounds, textures, and stillness of nature around you.

Whether you are looking for a gentle reset, a moment of reflection, or a simple way to begin your weekend with intention, this weekly gathering provides a welcoming space to slow down and recharge in nature.
