SILENCE STOP is a time for oneself - to stop, to see, to perceive, to recognise, to be in self-care, when one of our daily channels of communication, one of the senses we use to touch the world and other people - SPEECH - is consciously stopped.
In our normal everyday life, a greater part of our attention, time and energy is directed outwards. It is easy to lose ourselves in it, to give away more than our inner reservoirs are filled with.
When our attention is focused on the outside, we often lose our inner connection with ourselves and our lives become guided by social laws, most of which take us away from our true nature, our authentic creativity and our activities, and fix our attention on temporal things.
This STOP is an invitation to STOP and go deeper into ourselves.

◎ YOGA in connection with SILENCE - creates a special field of certainty. A field to know oneself in the moment and in time, when external actions, through which it is easy to escape the feeling and the state, are minimized.
Through yoga as a body practice, the physical body is made healthier, its consciousness is activated, the emotions accumulated in the body are stirred up, and the recordings in the mental system begin to emerge - behavioural patterns, beliefs, programs, and the functioning of the ego are recognized.

◎ BREATHING - a natural human gift, a powerful resource for well-being when mastered. We will breathe a lot. Always. And in combination with yoga exercises.
