Description

Awaken your inner strength and restore balance through the time-honored practice of Qigong. This retreat at Sedona Mago invites you on a transformative journey designed to cultivate healing energy, quiet the mind, reduce stress, and strengthen emotional resilience. With guidance from experienced instructors, you will explore practical methods to activate your body’s natural energy flow and reconnect with your authentic self. Set against Sedona’s powerful landscape, this wellness experience supports lasting well-being from within.

Body and Energy Alignment

This immersive workshop focuses on understanding and working with Qi, the ancient Asian concept of life force energy that flows through the body and the universe. Through active movement, deep breathing exercises, and mindful meditation, you will learn how to connect with and direct your Qi in ways that support overall wellness.

Drawing from traditional martial arts, dance, and vibrational healing, the retreat offers tools to release blocked chakras and encourage inner healing, physical strength, and renewed vitality. With intention, mindfulness, and consistent practice, you will deepen your awareness of how the body responds to thoughts and emotions, building self-knowledge over time. The ultimate aim is self-empowerment.

The Mind-Body Connection

Join a four-day immersive retreat at Sedona Mago Wellness Retreat Center and step into a path of self-mastery. By working with the Tao and Qigong, you will be invited to explore your full potential. The practice of Nothingness offers a way to let go of stress and limitation while opening to a sense of oneness. Through the study of Tao Qigong principles, you will cultivate energy mastery and wellness in a setting surrounded by Sedona’s nature and healing red rocks.

Across 173 acres of retreat grounds, you will have space to recharge, realign, and leave feeling strengthened, alive, and balanced.
