Seed & Rooted - yoga retreat

The “Seed & Rooted Yoga Retreat” at Casa Fuzetta will take place from April 20–25, 2027, in Olhão, Portugal. It is hosted by Toni Freda and the Seed & Rooted team, who will welcome guests for a week-long retreat focused on relaxation, connection, and wellbeing.

The retreat is designed for people seeking a slower and more restorative lifestyle experience, combining yoga with time to unwind in a peaceful environment. Guests can expect an atmosphere centered on sunshine, slow mornings, long dinners, and meaningful connection, creating a break from everyday stress and routine.

Set in Casa Fuzetta, a luxury boutique retreat house in the Algarve, the experience takes place in an intimate setting with comfortable accommodation, communal spaces, and access to the calm coastal surroundings of southern Portugal. The venue is known for hosting international yoga, wellness, meditation, Pilates, and creative retreats.
