Description

Awaken your inner healing potential in the red rocks of Sedona, where ancient Tao wisdom from Korea meets a deeply restorative retreat experience. This holistic program is designed to help you activate your energy, expand self-awareness, and support the detox of body, mind, and spirit. Surrounded by Sedona’s renowned healing vortexes, you’ll explore practical tools that can help you move toward a more balanced, harmonious way of living.

What to Expect

This immersive retreat invites you to release self-limiting patterns and reconnect with your fullest potential. Drawing on more than 10,000 years of ancient wisdom, it reflects the understanding that all life is interconnected and that the energy around us also exists within us. By working with this natural energy, you will be guided to awaken your inner power centers and experience greater clarity, renewal, and transformation.

You will also learn the “Water Up, Fire Down” energy principle, an ancient approach for harmonizing and supporting your vital energy. Through a range of practices and activities, the retreat is designed to encourage lasting changes in habits and behaviors, helping restore a natural state of peace and well-being.

Become a Conscious Creator of Your Life

Do your thoughts, emotions, and body align with the life you want to create? If not, this retreat offers a meaningful opportunity to gain tools that support both inner and outer well-being. You’ll be encouraged to release what no longer serves you and make space for new practices that support growth.

Come Home to Yourself

As you learn to work with your inner energy in the Arizona landscape, you may naturally develop greater confidence and trust in yourself. This process supports authentic self-expression and a more loving relationship with yourself and others.

Daily Overview

Day 1: Welcome Orientation

The retreat begins with a welcome orientation focused on the value of a positive mindset. You’ll receive a clear overview of the program and schedule, followed by a peaceful reflection meditation to set the tone for your journey.

Day 2: Build Awareness

Day 2 starts outdoors with mindfulness exercises and meditation. You’ll slow your pace with a barefoot walk on the soft sand near the healing lake, grounding your energy and settling the mind into a meditative state.

The focus of the day is presence: learning to be fully in the moment, deepen awareness, and reconnect with your inner self. You’ll also be introduced to simple energy practices and healing techniques you can carry with you for life.

Each evening ends with self-healing practices to care for body, mind, and spirit before rest.

Day 3: Heal Emotions

Morning outdoor mindfulness exercises and meditation open the day, followed by time in nature for reflection on your life journey. The red-rock setting, with its five elements, supports love, sincerity, and patience while helping you revisit your story without resistance.

You’ll examine the emotions, thoughts, and habits you carry, then work to release emotional baggage through chakra healing meditation and other meditation techniques. This process supports self-love, acceptance, understanding, and forgiveness in your relationship with yourself and others.

As on the previous evening, the day closes with self-healing practices to prepare for deep rest.

Day 4: Come Home to Yourself

Morning outdoor mindfulness exercises and meditation at the Mago Labyrinth begin the day. Through meditation and training, you’ll move toward renewed balance and harmony of body, mind, and spirit, while cultivating purpose, self-worth, total health, and joy from within.

Day 5: Choosing the New You

The final morning includes special outdoor activities and meditations designed to help you experience “nothingness” as you let go of who you are not. The day concludes in complete quietness, tranquility, and deep peace.

Post Retreat Add-On: Vortex Tour

After the retreat, you may extend your stay with a 5-hour guided tour of Sedona’s most powerful vortex energy sites. Led by one of the experienced trainers, this immersive journey offers deeper insight, energetic connection, and time for reflection in Sedona’s spiritually vibrant landscapes.
