Are you longing for quiet, connection, and space to breathe more deeply?
An 8-day retreat in the jungles of South Goa
This retreat is a gentle invitation to slow down and reconnect—with yourself, with others, and with the natural beauty of South India. Set in the peaceful eco-village of Khaama Kethna, it offers a restorative escape from the pace of everyday life.
Each morning begins with the sounds of nature and a practice of yoga and pranayama beneath a canopy of green. As the day unfolds, you’ll join thoughtful philosophy discussions, while evenings close with calming yoga nidra sessions that support deep rest.
Time beyond the mat brings a chance to discover the surrounding jungle and coastline. You will visit Cotigao and Netravali Wildlife Sanctuary, learn about Goa’s spices and plants, explore the healing power of plants for health, and unwind in the serene waters of South Goa.
This retreat is designed for those who value simplicity, stillness, and a deeper breath. More than a getaway, it is an opportunity to find grace and connection within nature’s quiet generosity.

Our activities for the retreat
The retreat follows a simple, nourishing rhythm within the Khaama Kethna eco-village. Days begin with yoga and pranayama, followed by breakfast and a philosophy circle. There is also time for rest, a private yoga therapy session, and nature or village walks. Guests will swim in waterfalls and natural pools, explore the dense jungle, and connect with local people. Evenings end with a sunset Hatha Yoga practice, then a healthy dinner shared in community.
Align with Nature
This retreat is also an invitation to deepen your understanding of your relationship with nature. Through visits to two wildlife sanctuaries in South Goa, you will discover plants and herbs used locally for medicine, teas, and food. This experience is paired with Yoga Nidra in the forest. A yoga therapist will further guide you in exploring nature’s healing power and in bringing simple acts of connection into daily life.
Our accommodation for the retreat
Khaama Kethna eco-village is located in the heart of Agonda, where silence and stillness come naturally. Its handcrafted eco-cottages offer a simple, comfortable, and refreshing way to live close to the earth. Spread across 12 acres of forest, the village includes nineteen cottages, three outdoor yoga shalas, and peaceful shared spaces. Tucked into the forested hills and away from the bustle of the beach, it is an ideal setting for learning to live with less and experience more.
