Sauna ritual for women (bachelorette parties, other occasions)

A women’s sauna setting invites you into a cozy, gentle, and safe atmosphere where beauty rituals blend with calm, aromas, and a sense of togetherness. Here, time slows down, warmth wraps around you softly, and everyday worries gradually stay behind the door. It is a wonderful opportunity to pause, unwind, and spend meaningful time with friends, colleagues, or the women in your family or wider circle. This program is especially well suited for bachelorette parties, baby showers, birthdays, and other celebrations in an intimate women’s group.

Number of participants: up to 20 people
Duration: 3 hours
Included in the price: 5-part sauna program, sauna whisks, sauna tea, water

The sauna program includes:

• Self-massage with “SHANTI” natural homemade scrubs – a massage workshop offering a distinctive sauna experience and pleasant discoveries.
• Aromatherapy salt treatment – a full-body scrub with salt and natural ingredients that helps refresh the skin and remove dead skin cells.
• Whisk ritual – whisking with birch, oak, fir, linden, eucalyptus, and other whisks, selecting the most suitable option according to your needs. After the ritual, you may shower or cool off in the nearby pond.
• Essential oil therapy – carefully selected oils, experienced through the breath and steam, bring a sense of clarity and calm.
• Tasting of 3 types of “Shanti” teas – after the sauna, fragrant herbal teas are served: “Shanti Ama Detox,” “Shanti Antiparazite,” and “Shanti Masala,” known as “yogis’ coffee,” together with an assortment of healthy and tasty snacks and a possible sauna drink surprise.
