This retreat is designed as a gentle invitation to step away from routine and into a spacious, restorative atmosphere. Through guided meditation, silent meditation, gentle movement, and the beauty of the natural surroundings at Drala Mountain Center, you are encouraged to slow down, reconnect, and return to yourself with greater clarity. The rhythm of the days leaves room for quiet contemplation, community, journaling, hiking, or whatever feels most supportive in the moment.
Whether you are new to meditation or already have an established practice, this experience offers a supportive setting to simply be present. The intention is not to rush or perform, but to create space for reflection, renewal, and a deeper relationship with each unfolding moment.
Lodging is available in several options during checkout. All accommodations include healthy meals and drinks, with V, VG, and GF choices:
Rigden Lodge also hosts some programs in the Rigden Shrine Room, with a spacious common area nearby for tea, conversation, or quiet relaxation. The deck offers a beautiful place to rest, practice yoga or meditation, and enjoy the mountain view. Programs may continue in the Shrine Room until 10:30 PM each night.
Retreat Faculty will guide the experience throughout the week.
