What this retreat offers
This retreat is created to help you reconnect with spirit and the elements, inviting more peace, love, integrity, and joy into your life. Surrounded by nature and nourished with vegan or vegetarian food, you are supported in releasing internal blockages, building confidence, discovering healing, and shifting your perspective.
The experience is framed by yoga, meditation, and nourishing meals that help prepare and support the depth of the shamanic rituals. The retreat works with experienced shamans and master plant teachers to guide you on a spiritual journey toward expanded consciousness, greater self-awareness, and a deeper connection with the divinity within.
Yoga & Meditation
Explore the Ashtanga Vinyasa system and enter guided meditation with Coco, the lead teacher and founder of the Ashram. These practices are designed to awaken the connection between body, soul, and spirit.
Set at the edge of the Mayan Jungle, the Ashram offers an immersive natural environment with plenty of quiet spaces to rest, feel safe, and connect inwardly. Here, you can nourish your soul through a healthy, sustainable, spiritually grounded lifestyle that may continue to inspire your everyday life. Ashtanga Yoga is presented as a powerful practice that can leave you feeling vibrant, healthy, and re-energized on physical, emotional, and spiritual levels.
Sacred Plant Medicine
These rituals are intended to deepen your connection with spirit and the elements, while supporting peace, love, integrity, and joy. They invite you to connect with nature, release inner blockages, build confidence, find healing, and shift your outlook on life.
All plant medicine rituals and ceremonies are completely optional. Every guest may choose their own level of participation. The team places strong emphasis on creating a safe and intentional set and setting, with time dedicated to grounding, preparation, and cultivating the right environment before any plant medicine work begins.
The retreat believes that combining Ashtanga Yoga with sacred rituals and plant medicine can create a transformational experience, supporting meaningful shifts in perspective and helping to regenerate and align body, soul, and spirit.
What makes it special?

The Team
Coco Lepage
Born in Canada, Corinne “Coco” began practicing yoga more than 20 years ago after the birth of her son. With over 16 years of experience in ballet and contemporary dance, she was naturally drawn to yoga and quickly discovered its deeper connection between body, mind, and soul. Her mission is to share a way of living that encourages people to become better human beings and care for the planet.
Pamela Dharani
With more than 13 years of experience in medicine and holistic therapies around the world, Pamela has shaped her work through the teachings of many guides and masters. Her studies bridge traditional lineages and alternative Western healing, including the red path, the Santo Daime Church, and learning from Shipibo and Quechua masters in Peru.
Ale Sai
Known for her beautiful singing and heart-opening presence, Ale embodies devotion and Bhakti. Raised by a father who was a gifted Kirtan musician, she naturally followed that path. She is a gifted space holder in Cacao, Kirtan, Temazcal, and many other ceremonies.
Integration
Integration is considered a vital part of everything the Ashram offers. For inner work, external support can be especially helpful, and Rebecca is recommended to support the process through somatic therapy and continued guidance after the retreat.
