Sacred Cacao Restorative Yoga with Tuning Forks

✨ TUNED TO ALIGNMENT: RESTORATIVE YIN AND SOUND

Begin the morning with an invitation to soften the heart, steady the mind, and reconnect with the body’s natural rhythm.

In this 90-minute experience, restorative yin, tuning fork vibrations, and sound healing come together in a shared atmosphere of presence and renewal.

The session opens with deeply supported restorative shapes, each one offering a chance to release and let go. Long, gentle holds encourage the body to soften, the breath to deepen, and energy to settle back into alignment, creating a quiet return to balance across body, mind, and energy.

As the practice unfolds, tuning forks are placed on or around the body, carrying precise frequencies through the energy centers and meridians. Their resonance is designed to help clear stagnation, support flow, and bring harmony to the subtle body, inviting greater balance and alignment.

Crystal and Himalayan bowls fill the space with live sound, creating a calm, resonant atmosphere. Their tones move gently through the room, quieting the mind and guiding the body toward natural equilibrium. Together, these elements offer a full-body reset and a return to peace, presence, and harmony.
