Rocket Yoga ★★★ Rocket

Rocket Yoga is a distinctive yoga method created by Larry Schultz in 1980s San Francisco. Built on the intensity of traditional Ashtanga yoga, it brings a freer, more modern rhythm to the practice, making it feel dynamic, challenging, and energizing. Because of its demanding pace and high physical load, this style is considered a strong practice, yet props and modified poses are introduced as needed so participants can approach it safely and with confidence.

In this session, you will experience Series 2, designed to gently release the muscles developed in Series 1 while supporting greater flexibility. The class also includes cleansing elements that stimulate the nervous system and help clear energy pathways. You will explore Ashtanga and intermediate second-series postures in softened variations, making the practice accessible even for beginners. Expect a focused yet uplifting experience that deepens the connection between body and mind, and adds a rewarding dimension to your retreat.
