Reset your body and mind with a nourishing juice cleanse and mindful living practices in a peaceful desert setting.
Cleanse, rejuvenate, and renew through a supportive six-day experience designed to help you release toxins, stress, and stagnant energy while building healthier habits for lasting wellness.
Set within Sedona Mago’s 173-acre campus, this intimate retreat welcomes a maximum of 15 participants and offers a deeply restorative environment surrounded by nature, the healing Red Rocks of Sedona, multiple energy vortexes, a meditation lake, and herbal and healing gardens.
Across six days, you will support your body’s natural renewal by increasing nutrient and water intake, learning which foods best support metabolic renewal, and exploring how stress affects digestion and absorption. You will also gain practical insight into clean eating, organic cleansing juices, and vegan, gluten-free cuisine designed to help remove toxins from the body.
Beyond physical cleansing, the program also invites emotional and spiritual release. Guided practices help clear mental clutter, soften old beliefs, and address emotions and past trauma held in the body. By the end of the retreat, you can expect to feel deeply rested, recharged, and more confident in maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
