This 5-day, 4-night retreat takes place in a beautiful eco-sanctuary and is designed for those returning to deepen their journey with care, structure, and support.
*To comply with legal regulations, psilocybin truffles are purchased separately at the retreat for €25.
Each retreat is guided by experienced therapists and psychedelic guides who understand the terrain, helping you feel safe, supported, and well held throughout the experience.

I do this work because:
It brings me joy and a deep sense of purpose to witness profound transformation unfold in just a few days. I also feel grateful to work alongside some of the kindest people I know. My own experience has shown me that there is an entire universe within us, full of exquisite qualities, and I would love for everyone to find their way there. The world needs more people who have dared to open their hearts.
How psychedelics changed my life:
They have given me unforgettable, first-hand experiences of core teachings from my Buddhist path and many spiritual traditions. They have reminded me what it means to be human, opened my eyes further to natural beauty, patterns, and mystery, and helped me stay connected to playfulness, joy, creativity, and honesty. They have also given me some of my most treasured memories with friends and a deeper taste of real connection.
A book I wish everyone could read:
Mainly, I wish everyone would spend as much time practicing meditation, learning about the mind, and opening the heart as they do in school, university, work, or reading.
My advice for someone getting ready for a retreat:
There is nothing you can experience that your body and being cannot process. Whatever arises is part of your inner universe, and there is nothing to fear. Openness and softness are our greatest strengths.

I do this work because:
I am deeply moved by moments when something meaningful opens within someone, or when we come closer to the truth of who we are and touch something tender that has been waiting to be seen. I believe enhanced states of consciousness, including those catalyzed by psilocybin, can help us meet ourselves with more honesty and compassion. Supporting people as they explore the deeper layers of their inner world feels sacred, and I meet that work with gentleness, humility, and care.
How psychedelics changed my life:
Psychedelic medicines have helped me connect more deeply with myself and better understand both the challenges and the beauty of my life. They have expanded my relationship with the natural world, with others, and with myself. They have been powerful teachers within a broader path that includes many healing modalities, and I am grateful for the growth and resilience they have supported.

Sacred Knowledge - Psychedelics and Religious Experiences by William A. Richards
My advice for someone getting ready for a retreat:
If possible, slow down in the day or two before the retreat. Make space to reflect on what has brought you here, what you appreciate about your life now, and where you feel called toward change. Meditation, journaling, walking in nature, or anything that helps you feel grounded and present can be supportive. Most importantly, release the pressure to achieve anything and arrive rested, resourced, and open.

I do this work because:
Holding space for people as they go deep, unmask, and build bridges within themselves and beyond is a profound honor. Each session reminds me of the exquisite and painful beauty of being human, as well as the magic of the natural and more-than-human world. Bringing together people, plants and fungi, culture, psychology, consciousness, music, ritual, and spirituality makes this feel less like work and more like a calling.
How psychedelics changed my life:
They reawakened awe and wonder in my life and helped me cultivate reverence for mystery, the planet, and the bodies we inhabit. They gave me an embodied sense of interbeing — of being woven into a larger web of life. They also led me to notice where trauma had left its mark, where wounds had frozen energy in my body, and where parts of me had been lost. They did not fix me, but they gave me a map and the courage to walk the path of healing.

Braiding Sweetgrass by Robin Wall Kimmerer
My advice for someone getting ready for a retreat:
Allow time before the retreat to prepare, and time afterward to integrate. Pay attention to dreams, images, signs, meaningful coincidences, unexpected emotions, or repeating symbols. Grounding practices such as breathing and mindfulness can also be helpful so they feel familiar when you arrive.

I do this work because:
My first retreat completely shifted my world, and I could not ignore the potential I had experienced. What impacted me most was a facilitator who knew exactly when I needed support, even when I did not ask for it. As a therapist, I have seen how long it can take to shift deep patterns, but psychedelics can sometimes cut through the noise. This work helps people return to themselves and each other, and that feels urgently needed.
How psychedelics changed my life:
Before working with plant medicines, I was caught in old relational patterns rooted in childhood. The medicines showed me how to access inner wisdom rather than react from old wounds. I became more curious about my emotions, more willing to stay with discomfort, and better equipped with tools and perspectives I did not have before. I am still in therapy, still integrating, and still learning.
A book I wish everyone could read:
The Body Keeps the Score and The Good Life
My advice for someone getting ready for a retreat:
Do not try to be the perfect participant. Be honest about why you are coming, trust your instincts about who is holding space, and start journaling now. Sometimes you may leave feeling more confused than when you arrived, and that is okay. Take care of your body beforehand with sleep, nourishing food, and time in nature. The medicine is not a magic eraser; it is a torch for seeing what is already there.
