Move beyond the familiar cycle of “he said, she said” and the surface-level issues couples often focus on, and go deeper to the real source. Each of us carries life themes such as guilt, obligation, suppression, forgiveness, and more, along with mental patterns that quietly shape our behavior and can affect our relationships.

This half-day workshop offers practical guidance for communicating more effectively in all relationships, especially in romantic partnership. We are rarely taught how childhood trauma can influence the way we experience connection, and as a result, we may misread our own triggers and place blame on the other person. With greater awareness of relationship dynamics, triggers, and mirrors — reflections of our own judgments — it becomes possible to move toward a more divine partnership. Through playful exercises designed to reveal more about each other, your patterns, and your emotions, you can open the door to deeper intimacy and connection. Reawaken passion and strengthen intimacy within yourself and your partner in a compassionate, safe environment.

Participants leave with a fresh perspective, deeper love and intimacy, and practical tools to support ongoing discovery and insight.

Breathwork/Sound Healing

Release emotional trauma and access non-ordinary states of consciousness through experiential breathwork (cathartic, intensive breathing) and a sound healing journey. Possible experiences may include insights into your true nature, relief from physical pain, non-physical communications, energy clearing, expanded awareness, personal growth, spiritual awakening, and more.
