This half-day workshop offers practical guidance for communicating more effectively in all relationships, especially in romantic partnership. We are rarely taught how childhood trauma can influence the way we experience connection, and as a result, we may misread our own triggers and place blame on the other person. With greater awareness of relationship dynamics, triggers, and mirrors — reflections of our own judgments — it becomes possible to move toward a more divine partnership. Through playful exercises designed to reveal more about each other, your patterns, and your emotions, you can open the door to deeper intimacy and connection. Reawaken passion and strengthen intimacy within yourself and your partner in a compassionate, safe environment.
