Step into a summer gathering designed to help you slow down, reset, and reconnect with the natural rhythm of your body and mind. This monthly wellbeing club invites you to pause from the pace of everyday life and return to a steadier, more joyful version of yourself.
Across the year, each session follows the changing seasons, offering practices that meet you where you are. In summer, the focus is on vitality, lightness, and flow — a chance to energise, refresh, and restore balance through thoughtful wellbeing experiences.
On 8th August, 2026, the programme centres on a riverside yoga session shaped around movement, light, and ease. Expect a carefully guided hour of wellbeing with experienced teachers, drawing on restorative yoga, meditation, breathwork, mindfulness, and ayurvedic wisdom. Every gathering is designed to support the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects of wellbeing.
After the session, unwind in the warmth of the hand-built Siberian Sauna, set in the beautiful outdoor setting of the lime tree avenue. From the panoramic window, you can watch the landscape shift with the season, and in summer there is also the opportunity for wild swimming and river dips near the River Thames.
Once you are fully rested, gather for a candlelit Ayurvedic dinner in the oak-panelled dining room. This two-course fine dining meal is created with seasonal produce and prepared to nourish, satisfy, and revitalise. The experience is completed with hot drinks and herbal teas, bringing the evening to a gentle and generous close.
Meals are fresh, organic, locally grown, and plant based, prepared with the Ayurvedic principle of food as medicine. Crafted by an Ayurvedic culinary expert and chef, each two-course dinner blends flavour, balance, and nourishment in a fine dining setting.
Whenever possible, fruit and vegetables are sourced from Tolhurst Organic farm on site. Their stock-free farming approach supports a lower carbon footprint and cruelty-free food, reflecting a shared commitment to living in closer harmony with nature.

Riverside Yoga: Movement, Light & Flow
Hardwick Estate, RG8 7RA
The gathering takes place at Hardwick Estate, with the heart of the experience at Hardwick House. This rare setting offers the chance to practice in a graceful Tudor manor house that is usually closed to the public and reserved for the private use of the Rose family.
Located just 40 minutes by train from London Paddington and 20 minutes by car from Junction 12 on the M4, Hardwick is easy to reach while still feeling wonderfully removed from the city. Surrounded by 500-year-old trees, riverside views, and the rolling countryside of the Chilterns AONB, it offers a peaceful escape in a truly memorable setting.
