Step away from the pace of everyday life and return to a calmer centre, where intention, clarity, and ease can begin to grow again. This monthly wellbeing gathering invites you to reconnect with your natural rhythm and rediscover the relaxed, joyful version of yourself.
In a world that moves quickly, taking time to restore your energy becomes essential. Each season brings its own needs: spring asks for cleansing and renewal, summer for vitality, autumn for purification, and winter for deep rest. These retreats are created to support you through those changes with practices that nourish body, mind, emotions, and spirit.
Each month offers a different experience shaped by the season and the wisdom of nature. Through guided yoga, seasonal rituals, Ayurvedic self-care, meditation, and nourishing food, you’ll explore how to align daily life with the rhythms around you. Whether you attend one gathering or follow the full year, every session offers space to pause, reflect, and reconnect.
For 6th June, 2026, the focus is Gong Bath: Harmonic Healing. The day begins with a one-hour wellbeing session led by expert teachers, with practices that may include restorative yoga asana, sound healing, meditation, cleansing pranayama, conscious movement, mindfulness, and the Ayurvedic wisdom of Rutacharya — the art of living in harmony with the seasons.
From there, the experience continues in the therapeutic warmth of the Siberian Sauna, set in the beautiful outdoor surroundings of the lime tree avenue. Its panoramic window offers a peaceful view of the trees in their seasonal cycle, and in summer there is the chance for wild swimming and river dips close to the River Thames.
After a full reset, guests gather for a candlelit Ayurvedic dinner in the oak-panelled dining room. This two-course fine dining meal is prepared with seasonal produce at the heart of the menu, offering vibrant flavours, satisfying combinations, and a deeply nourishing close to the day.
The event is designed as a safe, welcoming space supported by experienced facilitators, where you can soften, restore, and leave feeling more open-hearted in your relationships and more in tune with the flow of the seasons.
Meals are fresh, organic, locally grown, and plant based, prepared according to the Ayurvedic principle of food as medicine. Each two-course fine dining dish is created by an Ayurvedic culinary expert and chef, combining flavour and nourishment in a way that supports vitality and balance.
Whenever possible, fruit and vegetables are sourced from Tolhurst Organic farm on site, using stock free farming to create food with the lowest possible carbon footprint and a cruelty-free approach. The menu reflects a way of eating that supports yoga, meditation, and cleansing practices while celebrating conscious cuisine and culinary artistry.
