Step into a slower rhythm and reconnect with the deeper roots of your intentions, ideas, and actions. This monthly wellbeing gathering invites you to return to your own nature, supporting a calmer, more joyful version of yourself.
In a world that moves ever faster, we all need dedicated time to restore energy, refresh the spirit, and care for the body with more presence. The needs of each season are different too: spring calls for cleansing and renewal, summer for vitality and expansion, autumn for purification and reset, and winter for deep restorative rest.
With this in mind, a sanctuary of carefully chosen wellbeing practices has been created to nurture and uplift you throughout the year. Each session supports the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual self in response to the changing seasons, helping you leave feeling balanced, harmonious, and ready to meet life with greater ease.
Every month explores the subtle transformations in nature and their effect on body, mind, and spirit. Through guided yoga, seasonal rituals, Ayurvedic self-care, meditation, and nourishing food, you are invited to align daily life with the wisdom of the season.
These retreats create space to pause, reflect, and receive timeless teachings that help you stay grounded, vibrant, and connected across the year. Whether you attend one gathering or journey through the seasons, each event offers a chance to deepen your relationship with the cycles within and around you.
Each experience blends heart-centred practice with therapeutic treatments. The day begins with a one-hour wellbeing session led by expert teachers, with restorative yoga asana, vibrational sound healing, or nourishing meditation. You may also encounter cleansing pranayama, conscious movement, mindfulness, and the Ayurvedic wisdom of Rutacharya, the art of living in harmony with the seasons.
From there, flow into the healing warmth of the Siberian Sauna, set in the beautiful outdoor lime tree avenue. From the sauna’s panoramic window, watch the trees bud, leaf, shed, and rest in step with the seasons. With the sauna only a short distance from the River Thames, summer also brings the opportunity for wild swimming and refreshing river dips.
Once fully rested and reset, gather for a sumptuous Ayurvedic dinner in the oak-panelled dining room, lit by soft candlelight. This two-course fine dining feast celebrates seasonal produce at its best, locally grown and full of vitality. Expect exciting flavours and delicious combinations that leave you nourished, satisfied, and revitalised.
Held by experienced facilitators in a safe and welcoming space, this is an invitation to find soulful balance and share in a celebratory feast. Leave with a softer heart, more open relationships, and a renewed sense of connection with the flow of the seasons.
Meals are fresh, organic, locally grown, and plant-based, prepared with care according to the Ayurvedic principle of food as medicine. Created by our Ayurvedic culinary expert and chef, each two-course fine dining meal is designed to combine flavour, nourishment, and vitality.
Ayurveda understands food as both sustenance and a key tool for self-healing, supporting balance in mind, body, and spirit. Using sattvic ingredients, the menu is chosen to complement your yoga, meditation, and cleansing practices, helping you feel nourished, balanced, and strong.
Whenever possible, fruit and vegetables are sourced from Tolhurst Organic farm on site, which uses stock-free farming to create the lowest possible carbon footprint and cruelty-free food. Their work reflects a shared ethos of reconnecting with nature and living in greater harmony.

Forest Bathing: Summer Cathedral of Trees
Hardwick Estate, RG8 7RA
Gather as a community on the land at Hardwick Estate, with Hardwick House at its heart. This is a rare opportunity to practice in the graceful stillness of a beautiful Tudor manor house, normally closed to the public and reserved for the private use of the Rose family.
Hardwick Estate is around 40 minutes by train from London Paddington and just 20 minutes by car from Junction 12 on the M4. It is also easy to reach from the main transport hubs at Reading, while still feeling wonderfully set apart in the rolling countryside of the Chilterns AONB.
Surrounded by 500-year-old trees, stunning scenery, magical sunset views, and the river, this is a place to rest in the comfort of the manor and the support of community.
