Reset and restore from the place where your intentions, ideas, and actions begin. Reconnect with your natural rhythm and feel empowered to step into a more relaxed, joyful version of yourself.
In a world that moves faster every day, we all need time set aside for ourselves. Space to protect our energy, refresh the spirit, and support a body that feels both relaxed and engaged.
Because our needs shift with the seasons, the experience evolves too — cleansing and renewal in spring, vitality in summer, purification in autumn, and deep restorative rest in winter.
With this in mind, we have created a sanctuary of carefully curated wellness practices designed to nourish, restore, and uplift you throughout the year. Each session responds to the changing needs of your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual self, guided by the seasons and the natural world around us. Leave feeling balanced, harmonious, and well cared for — ready to meet life with greater ease.
Every month, we explore the subtle changes in nature and their influence on body, mind, and spirit. Through guided yoga, seasonal rituals, Ayurvedic self-care, meditation, and nourishing food, you will discover ways to align daily life with the wisdom of the season.
These retreats create space to pause, reflect, and receive timeless teachings that help you stay rooted, vibrant, and in balance all year long. Whether you join for one session or journey with us through the seasons, each gathering offers a deeper connection to the cycles within and around you.
Each event is shaped by heart-centred practice and therapeutic treatments. We begin with a one-hour wellbeing session led by our distinguished roster of expert teachers. Expect restorative yoga asana, vibrational sound healing, or nourishing meditation. You may also encounter cleansing pranayama, conscious movement, mindfulness, and the Ayurvedic wisdom of Rutacharya — the art of living in harmony with the seasons.
Afterwards, flow into the healing warmth of our Siberian Sauna, set in the beautiful outdoor landscape of the lime tree avenue. From the panoramic window, watch the lime trees bud, leaf, shed, and rest in step with the seasons. With the sauna located a short distance from the River Thames, summer also brings the chance for wild swimming and refreshing river dips.
Once fully rested and reset, gather for a sumptuous Ayurvedic dinner in the oak-panelled dining room, lit by soft candlelight. This two-course fine dining feast places seasonal produce at the centre, with locally grown ingredients bursting with vitality. Expect exciting flavours and delicious combinations that leave you nourished, satisfied, and revitalised.
Find soulful balance in a safe, welcoming space, supported by experienced facilitators and celebrated with a shared feast. Leave with a softened heart, ready to deepen your relationships and move in step with the seasons alongside like-minded people.
We serve fresh, organic, locally grown, plant-based meals, lovingly prepared according to the Ayurvedic principle of food as medicine. Our Ayurvedic culinary expert and chef creates each dish as a two-course fine dining experience, blending flavourful ingredients with genuine health benefits.
A fine dining experience infused with wellness
In Ayurveda, food is both nourishment and an essential tool for self-healing, supporting balance in mind, body, and spirit. We work with a palette of sattvic ingredients so your meals support yoga, meditation, and cleansing practices, leaving you nourished, balanced, and strong.
Savour the harmony of conscious cuisine and culinary artistry
Whenever possible, our fruit and vegetables are sourced from Tolhurst Organic farm, based on site and using stock-free farming to create the lowest possible carbon footprint and cruelty-free food. Their work reflects our commitment to reconnecting with nature and living in greater harmony.
An invitation to connect with nature’s rhythm and remember your natural self — whole, healed, and well.

Sound Healing Journey: Acoustic Serenity
Hardwick Estate, RG8 7RA
We gather as a community on the land at Hardwick Estate, at the heart of which lies Hardwick House. This is a rare chance to practice in the graceful stillness of a beautiful Tudor manor house, normally closed to the public and reserved for the private use of the Rose family.
Hardwick Estate is just 40 minutes by train from London Paddington and 20 minutes by car from Junction 12 on the M4. It is also easily reached from Reading, while still set within the rolling countryside of the Chilterns AONB, making it an ideal place for a peaceful getaway.
Surrounded by 500-year-old trees, striking scenery, magical sunset views, and the riverbank, you’ll enjoy the comfort of the manor and the support of community.
