Step into a day designed to help you reset from the inside out, reconnect with your natural rhythm, and return to yourself with greater ease, strength, and clarity.
As the pace of the outside world continues to quicken, we all benefit from time set aside for restoration. This monthly wellbeing gathering offers a space to replenish energy, steady the mind, and revive body and spirit through practices shaped by the season.
Across the year, each session reflects the changing needs of nature and the body: cleansing and renewal in spring, vitality in summer, purification in autumn, and deep rest in winter. In every gathering, the focus is on supporting your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing so you can move through life feeling more balanced and well cared for.
For this November edition, Yoga of Inner Fire: Strength & Clarity, the experience is centred on practices that awaken resilience and sharpen inner focus. Expect a themed wellbeing session led by an experienced teacher, with content that may include restorative yoga, sound healing, meditation, breathwork, conscious movement, mindfulness, and Ayurvedic wisdom inspired by the seasons.
After the session, flow into the warmth of the Siberian Sauna, set outdoors along the lime tree avenue. From the panoramic window, you can watch the trees shift with the seasons while you relax in the heat. In summer, the nearby River Thames also offers the chance for wild swimming and refreshing river dips alongside the sauna experience.
Once fully restored, gather for a candlelit Ayurvedic dinner in the oak-panelled dining room. This two-course fine dining meal is prepared with seasonal produce and designed to be both delicious and deeply nourishing, leaving you satisfied, replenished, and uplifted.
Hosted in a safe, welcoming setting by experienced facilitators, this is an invitation to slow down, reconnect, and enjoy a shared experience with like-minded people. Leave with a softer heart, a steadier centre, and a renewed sense of harmony.
Meals are fresh, organic, locally grown, and plant-based, prepared with the Ayurvedic principle of food as medicine. Created by our Ayurvedic culinary expert and chef, the two-course fine dining menu combines flavour, vitality, and balance.
Ayurveda sees food as a form of nourishment and a key support for self-healing. Using sattvic ingredients, the menu is designed to complement your yoga, meditation, and cleansing practices while helping you feel nourished, strong, and balanced.
Whenever possible, fruit and vegetables are sourced from Tolhurst Organic farm on site. Their stock-free farming approach supports a lower carbon footprint and cruelty-free food, reflecting the same intention of living in closer harmony with nature.

Yoga of Inner Fire: Strength & Clarity
Hardwick Estate, RG8 7RA
We gather on the grounds of Hardwick Estate, at the heart of which stands Hardwick House. This is a rare chance to practice in the stillness of a beautiful Tudor manor, normally closed to the public and reserved for the private use of the Rose family.
Hardwick Estate is around 40 minutes by train from London Paddington and about 20 minutes by car from Junction 12 on the M4. It is also easily reached from Reading, while remaining peacefully set within the rolling countryside of the Chilterns AONB.
Surrounded by 500-year-old trees, river views, and remarkable scenery, the setting offers a calm and restorative escape in the company of a welcoming community.
