This retreat is designed to help couples and partners look past blame, misunderstandings, and recurring arguments to explore the inner themes that often drive relationship struggles, including guilt, obligation, suppression, forgiveness, and more. By recognizing the mental programs that influence how we relate, participants can begin to shift the way they show up in love and in life.

Through practical tools and guided experiences, you’ll learn how to communicate more effectively in all relationships, with special focus on your romantic partnership. Many of us were never taught how childhood trauma can affect the way we experience conflict, triggers, and emotional reactions. This retreat offers a supportive space to understand those dynamics more clearly, including the mirrors and reflections that reveal our own judgments. With greater awareness, couples can move toward a more conscious partnership grounded in compassion, safety, intimacy, and depth.

Daniel and Valerie co-facilitate this 4-day group retreat, held on the Red Rocks and at Harmonic Alchemy. The price is $2995 for 4 days, with private dinner included. Group size is intentionally intimate, with a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 10 participants.

Relationship Counseling

Using the powerful setting of Sedona’s red rock vortex, you’ll be guided into deeper self-discovery and partnership exploration. Fun exercises support reflection on your patterns and emotions, while additional inner work helps address imbalances in feminine and masculine qualities such as nurturing, creating, receiving, doing, fixing, and giving. The process supports expanded self-awareness and a higher level of relationship consciousness.

Sacred Sexuality

Participants also gain insight into sexual anatomy and a deeper appreciation for the uniqueness of the body. The retreat introduces foundational concepts of tantric sex along with practices that support greater sexual awareness and potency.

Breathwork and Sound Healing

Through cathartic breathwork and a sound healing journey, you’ll have the opportunity to process emotional trauma and enter non-ordinary states of consciousness.
