Rejuvenate, Recuperate & Rest retreat at La Rejana

Set in a private historic cortijo in the hills below the Sierra de Almijara, this wellness retreat in Southern Spain offers sweeping views of both the sea and the mountains. The experience is designed to create a gentle balance between yoga practice, mindfulness meditation, and plenty of time to unwind.

The classes are created to energize the body while restoring harmony between body and mind, and they are suitable for all levels of yoga practitioners.

Directly around La Rejana Centre, you will find long scenic tracks ideal for exploration. Spend hours walking along peaceful paths lined with avocado, mango, almond, and olive plantations, all framed by breathtaking views. Food is given special attention at La Rejana, with carefully selected local produce used to prepare a flavorful, creative, and well-balanced menu.
