Join a peaceful learning space in Bromham and explore the foundations of Reiki Level 1 in a supportive, welcoming setting. By the end of the day, you will have completed the course and taken home both a manual and a certificate.
This introductory training is designed to help you begin your Reiki journey with confidence. You will learn how to self-heal, offer Reiki to pets, and share Reiki with friends and family. Please note that if you would like to charge for Reiki sessions, you will need to complete Level 2 and have the relevant insurance.
The course also gives you a clear understanding of how Reiki can support everyday life, helping you to feel more relaxed and at ease. Reiki Level 1 is the first step toward becoming a Reiki practitioner and includes the basics of the practice, such as its history, core principles, hand positions for giving treatments, and self-healing techniques. You will also receive a Reiki attunement, which opens the energy channels and allows you to channel Reiki energy.

The day begins at 10am and is planned to finish at around 4pm. The cost includes a light lunch, refreshments throughout the day, your Reiki manual, and your certificate.
Classes are kept small so that each student receives the support and attention needed to complete the course successfully. Dates for 2023 are still to be confirmed, but flexible booking is available, and the course is offered when the time feels right for the student.
