Reiki Level 1 - Self Healing

Reiki Level 1 is an invitation to turn inward and begin a deeper journey of self-awareness, personal growth, and connection with yourself.

Throughout the course, you will receive your Reiki attunements and start learning how to use Reiki energy for yourself and, when appropriate, for others. While this level can be shared with friends and family, the emphasis remains on your own healing path, reflection, and relationship with Reiki.

We cover Reiki history and principles, grounding, energetic awareness, hand positions, and practical healing methods in a supportive, hands-on setting.

For some, this workshop opens the door to a richer understanding of themselves and the world around them. For others, it is simply a curious and open-minded first step. No prior experience is required.
