This silent daylong retreat offers a compassionate pause for anyone seeking steadiness amid the complexity of personal and collective life. Designed for participants who already know the basics of mindfulness, the day explores the theme of “going for refuge,” a core foundation of Buddhist practice. Through a gentle rhythm of guided meditation, silent meditation, walking meditation, and dharma talks, attendees are invited to settle more deeply into presence and reflection.
There will also be time for Q&A, along with practice discussions with the teachers for those who wish to engage more personally. The atmosphere is intentionally quiet and supportive, creating space for inner clarity and renewal. Registration is not required, and the program is offered freely. Participants should bring their own lunch.
