Realign - 6 Hour Shamanic Sit

A spa treatment for the soul, this six-hour immersive experience invites you into a deeply restorative journey of stillness, presence, and inner realignment. Designed as a longer meditative session, it brings together ceremonial cacao, Hape, energy work, meditation, and sound healing to support a profound sense of grounding and renewal.

Throughout the retreat, participants are guided through a carefully held space where each element builds on the next, encouraging release, clarity, and connection. The combination of heart-opening cacao, traditional plant medicine, and supportive energetic practices creates an atmosphere that feels both sacred and nurturing.

Expect a slow, intentional pace that allows you to fully settle in and move inward. This is an opportunity to step away from daily demands, quiet the mind, and experience a deeper level of healing through sound, meditation, and mindful presence.
