Transformation and embodiment for modern life through ancient ways.
Reunite with your most vibrant, yes-filled self.
Join a 6-day, 5-night retreat designed to support hormonal health through an Ayurvedic and integrative health-informed approach. Surrounded by healing movement, abundant nature, nourishing meals, and sisterhood, you’ll be gently supported in strengthening body, mind, and spirit.
This experience invites you into a meaningful pause from daily demands, creating space to reconnect with your inner wisdom and explore what is ready to shift in your life. You’ll learn how to discern what stays, what goes, and what new practices deserve a place in your everyday rhythm. The tools offered here are intended to travel home with you, helping you meet life with greater resilience, joy, and clarity.
Expert guidance and a thoughtfully designed program bring together yogic practices such as pranayama, mudra, and movement, along with sound healing through music. You’ll also take part in workshops on hormonal health, Ayurvedic self-care, neuroscience, and food and spices as medicine, plus immersion in nature and sweat lodge practice.
Awaken your inner light through:
Our intention is to nourish, awaken, inspire, and empower every part of your well-being through the lineage of yoga, ayurveda, and cultural wisdom. You’ll leave feeling radiant, with practical tools to carry this energy into your life at home.
The retreat is facilitated by integrative medicine physician Geeta Maker-Clark, MD, and Hemalayaa Behl, both specialists in yoga, ayurveda, and the ancient healing practices of their Indian heritage. Together, they bring 50 years of teaching experience and a responsible, deeply rooted approach to sharing this knowledge for modern life.
Highlights of the journey include delicious organic fresh meals prepared by a gourmet chef, as well as the natural beauty of Costa Rica’s rivers and waterfalls. Each day also offers opportunities for massage, acupuncture, Reiki, rest, and reflection.
Daily experiences include immersive teachings in Ayurvedic herbalism, yogic practices like pranayama and mudra, and embodied dance explorations rooted in joy and play. This is a retreat grounded in depth, not trends, offering practices that can create lasting change.
