Deepen your practice through an immersive yoga journey designed for both beginners and experienced practitioners. Whether your goal is to teach or simply enrich your personal practice, this training is intended to support meaningful growth in self-love, self-awareness, abundance, gratitude, joy, and clarity of vision. Upon completion, you will become a Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance®.

Throughout the training, you will explore key physical elements of yoga, including alignment, adjustments, transitions, peak pose sequencing, class design, and anatomy. The program also includes the spiritual side of yoga, with ancient philosophy woven in to help you discover your own path and truth. The training is led by founder Katherine Sophia, with support from other YiA YOGA trainers and guest teachers.
