Private and small-group yoga teacher training is available year-round, offering an immersive path for those ready to deepen their practice or step into teaching. The 6-night, 7-day private or small-group training is priced at $4,999, while the 13-night, 14-day private training is $8,999. Your stay includes accommodation at Valle Escondido Wellness Resort Penthouse Condo, with a private room in a shared villa and a private bathroom. On the property, guests also have access to a gym, spa, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a golf course, racquetball, tennis, mini-golf, onsite restaurants, and more.
This training is designed to support every stage of the yoga journey, whether you are just starting out, already have an advanced practice, want to teach, or simply wish to enrich your personal practice. The experience is intended to inspire meaningful growth in self-love, self-awareness, abundance, gratitude, joy, and clarity of vision.
Upon completion, participants earn Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200) certification with Yoga Alliance®. An advanced 300-hour training certification is also available.
Throughout the program, the focus goes beyond the physical practice. You will explore alignment, adjustments, transitions, peak pose sequencing, class design, and anatomy, while also engaging with the spiritual dimension of yoga and ancient yoga philosophy. The aim is to help you discover your own path and truth.
The training is led by founder Katherine Sophia and supported by other YiA YOGA trainers and guest teachers.
