This personal retreat is ideal for a weekend escape with a smaller group of family or friends, with a minimum of 2 people.

These private retreats are designed for small groups who want their own exclusive experience, with plenty of time to enjoy nature, journal, read, connect with one another, and relax in one of my magical hammocks.

Each day begins with a morning meditation in nature, followed by an optional journaling practice.

Enjoy a delicious healthy breakfast overlooking the magical forest, then take time to unwind or choose from any of the additional services available further down.

My signature cacao ceremony with breathwork and sacred sounds is included, along with a herbal meditation with breathwork and sacred sounds on the second night.

Healthy breakfast, lunch, and dinner are included, and if you’d like an extra snack, one of my famous smoothies, or another beverage, you can order from the menu.
