Private Retreat

Enjoy an exclusive four-night retreat created for you, your partner, or a small group of up to four friends. This all-inclusive experience covers your stay, meals, massage sessions, and yoga classes at a charming cacao finca in the mountains of Utuado.

With only two lodging options available, each retreat is reserved for you and the people you choose to bring along. Dates are flexible, so you can reach out to check availability and secure the experience that best fits your plans.

Picture your days unfolding in calm rhythm: waking up surrounded by nature and beginning with a fresh breakfast made from the abundance of the land, all under organic certification. Alexa will guide you daily through yoga, meditation, and pranayama sessions designed to help you reconnect inward. Naldo, a licensed professional massage therapist, will offer two 90-minute massage sessions during your stay. In the evening, unwind in the outdoor earth bath, surrounded by cucubanos. If you feel inspired, you may also add Latin percussion or salsa classes to your program. The property features beautiful waterfalls, walkable trails, and a collection of around 600 fruit trees, with cacao as the true centerpiece.

You can choose between two unique places to sleep. La Casita de Tierra is a handcrafted round home built from clay, sand, and hay, topped with a green bamboo roof and offering spectacular mountain views. The Bohío de Glamping is an open-air platform set in the forest, where you can sleep surrounded by the authentic sounds of nature. Both spaces include composting toilets and hot-water showers fed by the finca’s springs. Although the property operates fully off the conventional grid, using solar energy and pure water, it still offers excellent signal and internet connection. No four-wheel-drive vehicle is needed to reach this paradise.

Located just 15 minutes from the town of Utuado, in the heart of the island, the finca sits equidistant between the north and south of Puerto Rico, making it a wonderful base if you plan to explore more of the island after your rest.

Our passion is cacao. We are an organic, agroecological cacao finca, and you may purchase our chocolate directly on site. If you wish, we can also arrange sacred cacao ceremonies to uplift your energy.

Included in the Private Retreat: 4 nights in La Casita de Tierra or the Bohío de Glamping; two large, healthy meals per day plus water, tea, coffee, fresh juice, and seasonal fruit; two 90-minute massage sessions with Naldo; daily yoga and pranayama classes; guided walks around the finca or to the river; and the earth bath ritual.

Please note: The finca is home to 4 guard dogs, 2 cats, and 30 chickens. The dogs bark when strangers arrive and do not get along with other animals, so additional pets cannot be accepted. If you are afraid of dogs, this retreat is not the right fit for you.
