
Spend one peaceful hour moving gently into meditation through breathing, relaxation, and simple practices you can carry into everyday life. The intention is to make these tools easy to understand and easy to use, whether you are completely new to mindfulness or looking to deepen an existing practice.
This private experience can take place in the comfort of your own home, at an Airbnb in the desert, in a yoga dome with stunning views of Joshua Tree, over Zoom, or at the iconic Venice Beach. Together, you will explore a calming journey of healing and meditation in a setting that feels right for you.
The session includes breathwork, guided meditation, and a sound healing journey designed to support deep relaxation and inner balance. Even just five minutes of meditation each day can support your immune system, sleep, digestion, and focus, while also creating space to simply be yourself—free from judgment and at peace.
This session can also be arranged as a group experience. For groups larger than four, please get in touch.
