During a one-hour consultation with Jill, the Creator of Magic at Con Smania CR, you’ll design an experience that reflects your current state, your intentions, and the many possibilities available. From there, we take care of everything once you arrive through Customs at Liberia Airport in Costa Rica.

You’ll have ample time to enjoy the grounds and beach, explore nearby towns and farmers markets, and receive sound healing and breathwork, movement sessions, and meditation. You’ll also have individual time with Jill to focus on your personal nourishment needs, whether that means business strategy, wellness, or plant medicine integration.

Delicious meals, smoothies, and green juices will be served to support both body and spirit. Housekeeping and laundry are handled for you, so you can fully relax. Spend time by the pool or in a hammock, or make space to run, scream, cry, shout, dance, or simply let whatever needs to surface arise. If you need something, our goal is to meet that need.

Aligned dates are available throughout the summer and fall.

Base price includes:

• all on-site meals and nourishment, plus optional cooking sessions;

• one daily mindfulness and movement session, with options including yoga, breathwork, mat pilates, and more;
• a daily meditation session and a daily intentional journaling session;
• beach walks at sunrise and sunset, as desired;
• a 90-minute massage;
• sound and energy healing;
• trips to town or nearby attractions such as waterfalls and wildlife centers.

Optional add-ons are available for plant medicine, additional spa and energy work, adventure excursions, and anything else you have in mind.
