• MODULE 3: POST NATAL/BABY YOGA & MASSAGE: 2-3:15
• MODULE 4: DOULA FOR PERINATAL, BIRTH & BEYOND: 3:15-4:30
• CLOSING CIRCLE, Q&A & GIFT: 4:30-5

Friday/Saturday/Sunday Residential Option:
9am: Vegan/Vegetarian Breakfast
5-7pm: Optional massage treatments, plus beach and countryside walks
7pm: Vegetarian/Vegan Dinner, sides and dessert
8pm: Self-study and relaxation by the fireplace or firepit, with marshmallows under the stairs
